Welcome to Snackbar's first changelog update. Since our public launch last week, we've been hard at work adding a handful of new features that didn't quite make the cut for launch, and fixing a few bugs across the app.
This release brings a new support menu option to the More tab, where you can contact us directly by text message, allowing us to respond to your questions and feedback in a timely manner.
For help, simply tap Get Help 24/7 from the More tab, and we'll create a support request on your behalf including key information about your app usage, like your current version, device type, and app settings. Explain the issue you're experiencing, and provide any screenshots or details that will help us resolve the issue. We'll respond to your message as soon as possible.
Standard carrier fees may apply for text messages.
The dashboard now includes a couple of helpful cards to help you get started with Snackbar before we're able to provide you with your personalized recommendations. Now, you'll be guided through the process of beginning to log your food and body weight over a number of days, and you'll be able to track your progress in the dashboard. You can dismiss the card at any time once you've gotten the process started.
Stay tuned for more updates to the onboarding process in the coming weeks.
App Store review quality and count are essential to early traction for any new app. If Snackbar is helpful to you, please take a moment to leave a review via the link in the app on the More tab.
Your feedback helps us improve the app and provides support for us to continue building new features.
These updates are available in the latest version of Snackbar, 2024.9.9, available now on the App Store.
